Job Description:
Remove old layers of plaster, wallpaper residue, or dirt
Repair cracks in the masonry
Check the substrate for levelness and level it if necessary
Mask off windows, doors, and roof overhangs. Apply primer to the facade (adhesion-promoting layer)
Cut mineral wool panels to size and attach them to the facade:
Adhere using a special adhesive
Mechanical fastening with dowels / expansion anchors
Join panels seamlessly; avoid joints. Apply reinforcing plaster to the mineral wool (approx. 3–5 mm)
Embed glass fiber mesh to prevent cracking
Smooth the surface. Apply a decorative finish coat (synthetic resin, silicate, or mineral plaster)
Appearance and weather protection determine the type of plaster and grain size
Apply paint if desired.
