business liability insurance
Protection against property damage and personal injury
On German construction sites, adequate public liability insurance is expected and is essential protection for your projects. It protects you—and therefore also your client—from the financial consequences of property damage and personal injury, and is therefore a prerequisite for cooperation for many clients.
We will check for you whether public liability insurance is necessary in individual cases or required by the client in the context of the respective project.
What does public liability insurance cover?
Business liability insurance covers the following in particular:
Property damage (e.g., damage to buildings, facilities, or materials)
Personal injury (e.g., injury to third parties)
Resulting consequential financial losses
For clients, it is key evidence for minimizing liability risks.
How we support you
1. Examination of necessity
We clarify whether business liability insurance is required by law or requested by the client as part of the project.
2. Inventory check
If insurance already exists, we check whether the coverage amounts, scope, validity, and period of use are suitable for the respective project.
3. Recommendation
If you do not yet have insurance coverage, we will assist you in selecting a suitable solution.
4. Documentation and transmission
We prepare all insurance certificates in a structured manner at
and, if necessary, make them available to the client on your behalf.
Why is this important?
Missing or insufficient proof of insurance often leads to:
Rejection by client
Delays in project approvals
Increased financial risk in the event of damage
With suitable and verified insurance, you remain capable of acting at all times.

Important information about the construction site
We make sure that your insurance coverage is adequate. Dependingon the assignment, additional documents may need to be provided (e.g., identification documents, A1 certificates, posting notifications, assignment logs, and proof of minimum wage or contract).
In practice, missing or incomplete documents quickly lead to queries and considerable additional work—even to the point of interruptions in service, withholding of payments, or fines.
We ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and are immediately available if needed.
