Job Description:
– 2 tile setters required
– 6 bathrooms: wall and floor tiles
– 3 bathrooms: wall and floor tiles
– Areas: basement, ground floor, first floor, 1 stairwell, and ancillary rooms across 3 floors
– Preliminary work to be provided by the client
– Waterproofing
– Skimming
– Leveling compound
– Materials to be provided by client, e.g., tile adhesive, grout, silicone, corner beads
– Tile installation
– Check substrate for firmness and cleanliness
– Cut and fit tiles
– Install tiles on walls and floors using suitable adhesive
– Create clean grout lines and apply silicone neatly at joints
– Visual inspection and final cleaning of tiled surfaces
