Data protection for inquiries and applications
The data controller collects and processes the personal data of enquirers and applicants for the purpose of handling an offer procedure. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is the case in particular if an enquirer/applicant sends corresponding documents to the controller by electronic means, for example by email. If the controller concludes a contract on the basis of the offer procedure, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the contractual relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If the controller does not conclude a contract with the inquirer/applicant, the documents will be automatically deleted two months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the controller stand in the way of deletion. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
Changes to our privacy policy
In order to ensure that our privacy policy always complies with current legal requirements, we reserve the right to make changes at any time. This also applies in the event that the privacy policy has to be adapted due to new or revised services, for example new services.
