Job Description:
Painting interior and exterior walls.
Color design for rooms and facades.
Decorative techniques (glazes, wiping techniques, special effects).
Surface preparation: filling, sanding, priming.
Wallpapering walls (sometimes in cooperation with wallpaper hangers). Wall paints, emulsion paints, glazes, interior paints.
Fillers, primers. Surface coating with paints.
Repair and refinishing, e.g., on cars, furniture, or metal parts.
Mixing and matching paints.
Surface preparation: Sanding, degreasing, priming.
Application of primer, topcoat, and clear coat.
Finishing: Sanding, polishing, gloss check. Various paints: Acrylic paint, nitrocellulose paint, PU paint, clear coat.
Primers, fillers, polishing compounds.

All coordination, inquiries, and agreements must be handled exclusively through the client, Mr. Etemadi Kaveh. Subcontractors are not permitted to communicate with third parties or make decisions on their own. 1. Right of Approval and Withdrawal Before the Start of Work
Since the selection of subcontractors is handled by W&W, we require the option to reject a proposed candidate prior to the start of the assignment—regardless of the reason.
Required provision:
The client is entitled to reject proposed contractors up until the actual start of the assignment without providing a reason. In this case, the client shall incur no costs or obligations.
2. Price and Cost Transparency (All-In Arrangement)
It is crucial to us that the agreed hourly rate of 34.00 is a fully inclusive all-in rate.
Required clarification:
The agreed hourly rate fully covers all services, expenses, and incidental costs. Additional costs—in particular for accommodation, expenses, travel, per diem, or other surcharges—will not be covered.
