Job Description:
– Laying clinker brick facing
– Inspect the work area and remove loose debris
– Mark string lines and elevation points to ensure straight alignment
– Mix mortar to the appropriate consistency
– Lay clinker bricks in layers, maintaining even joints
– Press and re-trowel joints for a clean finish
– Cut clinker bricks where necessary and fit them neatly
– Create clean joints at windows and doors
– Regularly check alignment and plumb lines with a spirit level
– Protect finished surfaces from dirt
– Final cleaning: remove mortar residue and inspect the surface
– Report any issues or additional material requirements to the client
