Job Description:
– Inspect and prepare the existing pitched roof
– Remove old roofing and insulation materials, if necessary
– Properly install between-rafter and above-rafter insulation
– Carefully install the vapor barrier and check for leaks
– Install and secure the under-rafter membrane
– Install counter-battens and support battens to ensure the roof covering is properly secured
– Cover the roof surface evenly with clay tiles and secure them properly
– Sheathe and secure roof overhangs with weather-resistant wood
– Properly install and connect the gutter
– Perform a final inspection of the roof covering and dispose of any leftover materials
