Job Description:
Remove old roof waterproofing and damaged roof structures. Clean the roof surface and prepare it for renovation. Identify and repair damage to the roof structure. Replace or add thermal insulation
Properly install vapor barriers. Install flat roof waterproofing using bitumen or plastic membranes. Weld the waterproofing membranes and create flashings. Inspect and repair roof drains, drainage systems, and emergency overflows. Waterproof parapets, roof edges, and connections to vertical structural elements. Install sheet metal flashings and retainers. Properly integrate and seal penetrations (e.g., vents, pipes). Apply protective and wear layers
Check the roof surface for leaks. Conduct quality and functional tests. Keep the construction site clean and dispose of construction debris properly. Comply with occupational safety, accident prevention, and fire safety regulations. Coordinate work while taking ongoing school operations into account. Document renovation work and report any defects. Hand over completed work to the site manager or client.
