Job Description:
– Completely remove the roof tiles and check whether the substructure is intact
– Remove the existing counter-battens and support battens
– Unroll the underlayment properly and install it while taking vapor diffusion and windproofing into account
– Precisely shape and secure the roof overhangs to ensure adequate weather protection
– Install and align new counter-battens and support battens in accordance with requirements
– Properly cover the roof surfaces with suitable roof tiles, following the installation instructions
– Perform a final inspection of all work steps and clean up the construction site
Special Notes:
Work hours are 10 hours per day, Monday through Thursday—work on Friday may also be possible by arrangement.
