Job Description:
– Removal and proper disposal of the old roofing and substructure
– Inspection and, if necessary, repair of the roof support structure
– Installation of a vapor-permeable underlayment to ensure moisture protection
– Installation of new thermal insulation in accordance with current specifications
– Installation of new roof battens as the substructure for the roofing
– Installation of new roofing material, appropriate for the roof type and material selection
– Waterproofing and sealing of roof penetrations, chimney, and skylight elements to prevent water damage
– Conducting a final quality control inspection to ensure the watertightness and functionality of the renovated pitched roof
