Job Description:
– Prepare the flat roof and clean existing surfaces
– Install PVC membranes to waterproof the flat roof
– Weld PVC membranes using a heat gun and an automatic welding machine to create a watertight seal
– Cut, lay, and properly secure roof insulation
– Carefully edge and seal roof penetrations to prevent water ingress
– Remove the tile roofing and prepare the substructure for sheet metal panels
– Install roofing with tile-look metal sheets; secure the sheets properly
– Construct roof overhangs and design them to ensure safe drainage of rainwater
– Perform a final inspection of the waterproofing and roofing for leaks and stability
– Clean the work area and leave the construction site in order
