Job Description:
– Preparation and thorough inspection of the roof structure for stability and damage
– Installation and professional fitting of underlayment to protect against moisture
– Installation of roof sheathing as the foundation for the roof covering
– Laying, aligning, and securely fastening roof tiles, roof stones, or alternative roofing materials
– Performing detailed work on the ridge, hip, valleys, and roof connections for waterproofing and aesthetic purposes
– Installing and sealing skylights, ventilation elements, and other penetrations
– Installing gutters, downspouts, and sheet metal flashings to drain rainwater
– Performing repair, maintenance, and restoration work to extend the roof’s service life
– Installation of thermal insulation and implementation of measures to improve energy efficiency
– Work always carried out in accordance with technical specifications, construction drawings, and safety regulations
– Inspection and acceptance of completed work to ensure functionality and quality
– Professional cleanup of the construction site and disposal of waste
