Job Description:
– Build the backing masonry according to the construction plans, ensuring dimensional accuracy
– Set up the ring beam formwork and install the rebar in accordance with structural specifications
– Align and pour concrete for the ring beam, checking the rebar
– Position and properly secure the Girssen (slab supports)
– Install and secure air gap anchors at specified intervals
– Install and secure core insulation precisely between the backing masonry
– Clean the work area and properly dispose of waste materials
– Perform a final inspection of the masonry and fastenings
– Pour and reinforce strip footings and floor slabs
– Install, reinforce, and pour filigree slabs
