Job Description:
– Prepare the construction site and cordon off work areas
– Erect and align formwork for strip foundations
– Place and secure rebar for strip foundations
– Mix concrete for strip foundations or have it delivered
– Pour and compact concrete for strip foundations
– Erect formwork systems, such as Peri and Mewa formwork, for basement walls
– Install and secure reinforcement in basement walls
– Pour and compact concrete for basement walls
– Place and align formwork for floor slabs
– Install and secure reinforcement in floor slabs
– Lay and align filigree slabs
– Pour and compact concrete for floor slabs and filigree slabs
– Perform concrete curing, e.g., keep it moist
– Remove formwork after the concrete has hardened and inspect the structural elements
– Clean the work area and leave the construction site in proper order
– Build walls using vertically perforated bricks and calcium silicate blocks using the thin-bed method
Special Notes:
We will be closed for vacation during weeks 32 and 33; no work will take place during that time.
