Job Description:
– Removal of old asbestos-cement roof panels measuring 30 x 30 cm and 40 x 40 cm in accordance with safety regulations
– Removal of the existing gutter and downspouts
– Preparation of the roof surface through thorough cleaning and removal of debris
– Installation of an underlayment to waterproof and protect the roof structure
– Installation of counter-battens to create an air gap and secure the support battens
– Installation of the support battens as the substructure for the new roof covering
– Installation of the new aluminum gutter, including all necessary fasteners
– Installation of Isola Plano series metal roof tiles as the new roof covering
– Inspection of the entire roof surface and gutter installation to ensure proper fit and watertightness
– Cleaning of the job site and proper disposal of waste materials, particularly asbestos-containing panels
Special Notes:
An asbestos certificate must be provided!
Items to bring:
Standard hand tools plus small power tools
Work clothes and S3 safety shoes; fall protection equipment must be provided by the client if needed.
