Job Description:
– Inspecting installation sites to ensure they comply with construction plans and structural specifications
– Preparing installation sites in reinforced concrete and lightweight walls by cleaning and, if necessary, taking measurements
– Delivering and positioning the steel doors and associated fastening materials
– Aligning and installing the steel doors in the prepared openings
– Securing the doors with suitable anchors in reinforced concrete or lightweight walls
– Adjusting the door leaves to ensure proper fit and function, including testing for airtightness and checking the locking mechanisms
– Installation of seals, hardware, and, if necessary, other components, particularly for fire-rated doors
– Conducting functional tests and inspections in accordance with fire safety requirements for fire-rated doors
– Documentation of installation work and acceptance of the installed doors
– Cleaning the work site and disposing of packaging materials and scrap parts
