Job Description:
– Prepare the construction site and secure the work area
– Check the substrate for cleanliness, levelness, and load-bearing capacity
– Cut mineral wool insulation boards to size according to the plan
– Attach insulation boards to the facade using a suitable adhesive
– Additionally secure insulation boards mechanically with appropriate anchors
– Install and secure corner beads precisely at the building corners
– Apply reinforcement mesh evenly and without tension over the insulation panels
– Embed the reinforcement mesh completely in reinforcement mortar and smooth the surface
– Apply a high-quality skim coat to the entire facade surface on the prepared substrate
– Distribute the plaster evenly and finish it according to the desired texture
– Observe drying times and perform touch-ups as needed
– Carry out preparatory tasks such as material procurement and job site organization
– Perform follow-up work such as cleaning the job site and disposing of waste
– Carry out any necessary demolition work professionally and safely
