Scope of Work:
Complete removal of the existing old roof and professional removal of the existing roof tiles.
Removal and proper disposal of the existing roof underlayment and membrane.
Delivery and professional installation of a new underlayment/roofing membrane, including all necessary overlaps and connections.
Installation of new counter-battens and roof battens in accordance with the requirements of the new roof covering.
Delivery and professional installation of new roof tiles, including all necessary shaped tiles and accessory tiles.
Installation of two new skylights, including frames, professional waterproofing, and all necessary connections to the roof membrane and roof covering.
Professional dismantling and removal of the existing chimney, including the necessary connection and waterproofing work.
Haul-off and proper disposal of all roof tiles, construction debris, old materials, and other building materials generated during the project.
Performance of all necessary connection, waterproofing, fastening, and ancillary work to ensure the complete and professional construction of the roof.
Professional cleaning of the entire roof surface upon completion of the work and handover of the construction site in a clean and tidy condition.
Special Notes:
The clients place particular emphasis on a professional approach, reliable execution, and the proper and competent performance of the specified tasks. All work will be carried out carefully, with a focus on quality, and in accordance with the agreed-upon requirements. Optionally, two additional assignments may follow if everything goes according to plan. Standard hand tools should be available.
