Job Description:
– Inspect and assess the area damaged by fire
– Dismantle and dispose of old, damaged plumbing and heating systems
– Perform rough-in installation of wastewater pipes in accordance with plans and regulations
– Lay the rough-in for the drinking water pipes, taking hygiene and safety requirements into account
– Prepare and install heating pipes for the new oil-fired heating system
– Install the Viessmann oil-fired heating system, including all necessary connections and safety devices
– Perform connection work to the existing piping network and utility supply systems
– Perform functional testing of the installed systems to check for leaks and proper operation
– Commission the heating system in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and applicable standards
– Perform final cleanup of the job site and dispose of construction waste
– Document the work performed and hand over the project to the client
– Install the radiators
