Job Description:
– Performing drywall work in interior construction in accordance with construction plans
– Fabricating and installing stud walls, partition walls, and cladding panels
– Cutting and fitting gypsum board, gypsum fiber board, and other drywall panels
– Professionally fastening the panels to the substructures
– Creating cutouts and openings for doors, conduits, and mechanical systems
– Installation of insulation materials to improve thermal, acoustic, and fire protection
– Fabrication and installation of suspended ceilings and sub-ceilings
– Installation of wall and ceiling cladding in designated areas
– Skimming and sanding surfaces in preparation for subsequent work
– Performing renovation, repair, and touch-up work in drywall construction
– Reading and implementing construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications
– Proper use of tools, machinery, and work materials
– Compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and occupational safety regulations
– Proper use, care, and maintenance of tools, machinery, and work equipment
– Coordination and collaboration with other trades on the construction site to ensure a smooth workflow
