– Independently performing drywall installation work according to technical specifications
– Assuming organizational and technical responsibility as a foreman
– Coordinating workflows within the team to ensure efficient progress
– Supporting and guiding team members in the proper execution of their work
– Monitoring the quality of the work performed and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
– Coordinating with other trades and the construction management team to ensure a smooth construction process

Job Description:
– Install substructures for drywall using metal or wood profiles
– Install insulation material in wall and ceiling cavities
– Install ceiling suspensions using profiles and hangers according to plans
– Attach drywall panels to walls and ceilings
– Remove and install grid ceilings according to manufacturer’s instructions
– Fill plasterboard surfaces, joints, and screw holes
– Sand the filler after it dries to achieve a smooth surface
– Clean work surfaces and dispose of construction waste
