Job Description:
Erecting masonry using bricks, sand-lime blocks, concrete blocks, and other building materials.
Constructing foundations, walls, ceilings, and load-bearing structural elements.
Formwork and concrete pouring, as well as installing reinforcement.
Plastering interior and exterior walls, as well as performing repair work.
Carrying out remodeling, restoration, and renovation work.
Reading and implementing construction drawings, plans, and technical documentation.
Measuring, aligning, and adhering to specified dimensions and heights.
Creating openings and installing door and window lintels.
Waterproofing and insulation work in accordance with applicable building codes.
Operating and maintaining construction equipment, tools, and machinery.
Collaborating with other trades to ensure construction work is completed on schedule.
Fabricating, assembling, and dismantling formwork for walls, ceilings, columns, and foundations.
Erecting system and beam formwork according to construction plans and technical drawings.
Measuring, aligning, and securing formwork structures.
Installing reinforcement in collaboration with Reinforced concrete workers.
Preparing formwork for concrete pouring and checking dimensional accuracy and stability.
