Job Description:
– Setting up and securing the construction site in accordance with safety regulations
– Surveying and preparing work areas based on construction drawings
– Constructing foundations and floor slabs, including formwork and reinforcing steel installation
– Mixing and applying mortar and concrete according to technical specifications
– Pouring concrete for foundations, columns, slabs, and walls in compliance with concrete pouring guidelines
– Erecting exterior and interior masonry using various building materials such as bricks, sand-lime blocks, aerated concrete, and concrete blocks
– Laying and aligning large-format blocks
– Creating openings for doors and windows according to plans
– Installing lintels and ring anchors for load transfer
– Performing waterproofing work, particularly in the foundation and basement areas
– Implementing thermal insulation measures in accordance with building code requirements
– Performing plastering and repair work for surface treatment
– Checking dimensions, alignment, and levelness during and after completion of work
– Collaborating with other trades on the construction site to coordinate construction processes
– Complying with occupational health and safety and quality regulations throughout the entire work period
– Cleaning and securing the work area upon completion of work
