Job Description:
– Scope: 700 m² of vinyl and 500 m² of pre-finished wide-plank parquet
– Materials to be provided by the client: vinyl and adhesive, parquet and adhesive
– Preliminary work has been completed by the client: sealing, filling, and leveling
– Inspect the subfloor on-site for cleanliness, levelness, and adhesion
– Remove loose debris and thoroughly dust surfaces
– Roughly check moisture levels and take them into account before applying adhesive
– Install vinyl properly using client-supplied adhesive according to manufacturer’s instructions
– Store parquet planks briefly in the room so the wood acclimates before installation
– Install parquet using client-supplied adhesive and ensure clean joint lines
– Finish transitions and connections neatly; finish edges neatly
– Perform a final inspection and provide brief feedback to the client
