Job Description:
Inspecting the subfloor for load-bearing capacity, levelness, and moisture content.
Measuring and marking the area for the subfloor structure.
Selecting suitable raised floor panels and support systems (wood, metal, plastic). Installing the support feet on the subfloor according to the plan (height-adjustable for leveling).
Installation of cross struts or profiles for stabilization.
Checking for levelness using a spirit level or laser. Cutting the panels to size, if necessary.
Placing or laying the panels on the support structure.
Ensuring uniform spacing and a secure fit. Final inspection for levelness and stability.
Cleaning and removal of leftover material.
Handover to the client; if necessary, instruction on usage (e.g., for lifting panels). Observance of load limits.
Ensuring compliance with antistatic or fire safety requirements depending on the room type (e.g., data centers).
Documentation of installed systems for future maintenance.
