Job Description:
– Check the substrate for cleanliness, load-bearing capacity, and levelness
– Apply a primer to the existing cast stone flooring
– Apply a fabric-reinforced skim coat to improve adhesion and bridge cracks
– Install expansion joint profiles at designated locations to accommodate movement
– Install 30 x 60 cm tiles in a half-bond pattern using the thin-bed method on the prepared subfloor
– Cleanly grout the tile joints and sand them down if necessary
– Install baseboards that match the floor tiles and bond them securely
– Check wall surfaces for levelness and cleanliness
– Install 30 x 60 cm wall tiles using the thin-bed method
– Grout the wall tile joints and check for cleanliness
– Perform a final inspection of floor and wall coverings for adhesion, joint appearance, and aesthetics
– Clean the job site and remove protective measures
