Job Description:
– Thoroughly prime the surface with plaster primer
– Apply a uniform coat of primer to drywall ceilings
– Paint primed surfaces with enamel or emulsion paint using a roller
– Cut dry screed panels to size and install them
– Clean the work surface after installing the dry screed panels
– Carefully perform demolition work on non-load-bearing walls
– Clean up and dismantle the construction site after completing the demolition work
Tiler
1 Skilled Worker – Hourly Rate 38.00 € / h
Job Description:
– Perform demolition work on non-load-bearing walls
– Properly install dry screed panels
– Prime surfaces with plaster primer to prepare them for subsequent work
– Prime drywall ceilings
– Carefully perform waterproofing work in wet areas
– Install corner beads in bathroom areas to reinforce edges
– Lay tiles properly and then grout them
– Assist with painting tasks, particularly rolling
– Clean work areas after completing all tasks and leave them in orderly condition; interior finishing, vinyl, carpet, and click laminate must be installed
