Job Description:
– Constructing wood-frame walls by laying out the framing members according to the construction plans
– Screwing the framing members together to create a stable connection between the components
– Nailing OSB panels to the wood frames to reinforce the walls
– Aligning and leveling the walls, ceilings, and roof trusses using leveling devices and measuring tools
– Installing insulation boards on the rafters for thermal insulation
– Securing the insulation boards with counter-battens and additional battens to prepare for roof covering
– Installing skylights, including waterproofing and fitting them into the roof structure
– Covering the roof with tiles, taking into account the roof edge system and ensuring proper installation
– Inspecting the work for dimensional accuracy, stability, and watertightness
– Cleaning up the construction site and properly storing leftover materials
