Job Description:
– Erecting stud frames and roof trusses according to specifications and plans
– Aligning and leveling stud frames and roof trusses to ensure dimensional accuracy
– Installing lightweight walls in accordance with structural requirements
– Aligning and fitting prefabricated components to expedite construction
– Constructing dormers according to structural and design specifications
– Installing underlayment to protect against moisture and wind
– Installing battens to secure roofing or exterior cladding
– Installation of underlayment for rear ventilation and waterproofing of the roof structure
– Performance of various woodworking tasks such as cutting, joining, and surface treatment
– Inspection of completed work for dimensional accuracy and proper workmanship
– Cleaning of work areas to ensure construction site safety and order
