Job Description:
– Manufacturing prefabricated components in accordance with the provided prefabrication plans and the approved construction documents
– Delivering the prefabricated components to the construction site
– Inspecting the delivered components for completeness and quality
– Unloading and properly storing the components on the construction site
– Securing the components for crane transport
– Moving the components by crane to the designated assembly locations
– Professionally assembling and joining the prefabricated components in accordance with the construction specifications
– Performing necessary on-site adjustments to ensure a precise fit
– Carrying out all structural timber construction work, including compliance with structural requirements
– Performing minor roofing work to secure the structure
– Renovation of wooden components in older buildings according to specifications
– Demolition of wooden parts and components that are no longer needed
– Separation and proper disposal of demolition materials by material type
– Cleaning of work areas and the construction site upon completion of carpentry work
What to bring:
Standard hand tools plus small power tools
Work clothes and S3 safety shoes, hard hats, high-visibility vests
