Job Description:
– Check the gable wall for stability and implement any necessary safety measures
– Measure, cut, and properly install the support timbers for the ventilated facade
– Cut the insulation material to size according to specifications and install it between the support timbers
– Cut OSB panels to size and secure them to the structure
– Install the underlayment over the insulation and OSB panels, ensuring it fits correctly and is free of gaps
– Cut out openings for skylights according to the manufacturer’s instructions and install them properly
– Inspect and seal the connections, waterproofing, and fastenings of the skylights
– Check the work area for cleanliness and clean it if necessary
– Dispose of leftover materials properly and store tools correctly
