Job Description:
– Verification of the valid welding certificate in accordance with EN ISO 9606-2 (141)
– Preparing for welding work by visually inspecting the material and welding equipment
– Cutting and fitting pipes and sheet metal according to specifications
– Cleaning the welding surfaces to remove dirt, grease, and oxide layers
– Positioning and securing the workpieces in the intended position
– Selecting and adjusting the appropriate welding process and parameters
– Welding pipes in accordance with the specified welding instructions
– Welding sheet metal in compliance with standards and safety regulations
– Inspecting welds for visual defects and dimensional accuracy
– Performing necessary finishing work, such as grinding and cleaning the welds
– Documenting the welding work performed and the results
Items to bring:
Standard hand tools plus small power tools
Work clothes, including gloves and S3 safety shoes, hard hat, ear protection, and eye protection (welding shield if necessary)
