Job Description:

– Repair and fill in plaster areas as needed
– Sand and smooth surfaces after drying
– Apply protective coatings to exterior plaster walls
– Inspect exterior wood walls for damage and weathering
– Sand wood surfaces and remove old paint
– Apply wood preservative to protect the material from moisture and pests
– Paint wood walls with weather-resistant paints or stains
– Leave work areas clean and clean used tools
