Job Description:
Inspect the substrate and prepare it for coating; clean, sand, and remove dust from surfaces; repair cracks and uneven areas
Properly mix epoxy resin and hardener
Apply primer; apply epoxy resin coating evenly using a roller, squeegee, or putty knife, de-air the coating with a spiked roller, check the film thickness and surface quality, monitor drying and curing times, perform puttying work (Q3 standard), comply with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations when handling epoxy resin, clean tools, and leave the work area clean
