Job Description:
– Carefully prepare the surface for wallpapering and level out any unevenness
– Prime the surface to improve the wallpaper’s adhesion
– Professionally hang wood-fiber wallpaper, ensuring it is aligned properly and laid without wrinkles
– Apply a first coat of paint to the wallpapered surfaces after the wallpaper has dried
– Install laminate flooring, including properly cutting and aligning the panels
– Installing and laying an impact sound insulation underlay beneath the laminate flooring to reduce noise transmission
– Installing baseboards along the walls to neatly cover the edges of the laminate flooring
– Painting the window frames on the inside and outside, ensuring an even application of paint and careful workmanship
– Touching up the wood-grain wallpaper in strip-shaped areas, especially where cables have been laid
– Painting the exterior walls, including preparing the surface and protecting adjacent areas from paint splatters
