Job Description:
Roofing with tiles, slate, metal, or other materials.
Repair and renovation of roofs.
Waterproofing flat and pitched roofs.
Installation of skylights, roof domes, and dormers.
Installation of gutters, downspouts, and drainage systems.
Installation of thermal insulation and vapor barriers.
Installation of solar panels and photovoltaic systems on roofs.
Cladding of facades with slate, metal, or other materials.
Erection and dismantling of scaffolding, as well as compliance with occupational safety measures.
Performing maintenance and inspection work to identify and repair damage.
Measuring roof areas and preparing the necessary materials.
Reading and implementing construction plans and technical drawings.
