Job Description:
– Cut insulation materials to size for pitched and flat roofs and install them properly
– Install and seal wall penetrations
– Welding bitumen membranes together to waterproof the roof
– Flashing and sealing roof penetrations
– Installing rafter-top insulation for pitched roofs
– Shaping ridges on pitched roofs using power tools
– Covering roof surfaces with suitable roofing materials
– Install underlayment and carefully seal it to create a wind and moisture barrier
– Form roof overhangs to direct water runoff
– Install counter-battens and support battens as the substructure for the roofing
– Install and secure gutters for rainwater drainage
– Clean and inspect the work area upon completion
