Job Description:
– Inspect and prepare the substrate
– Construct and secure the stud frame according to the plans
– Install insulation material within the stud frame
– Install and secure drywall panels to the stud frame
– Install the suspended ceiling according to specifications and adjust to the correct dimensions
– Install drywall panels on the suspended ceiling
– Finish the perforated ceiling according to the template and specifications
– Fully fill all drywall joints
– Apply joint compound and finish to quality level Q2
– Sand dry-filled surfaces to smooth them
– Clean the work area and dispose of waste properly
