Job Description:
– Inspect and align the substructure for drywall ceilings
– Attach mounting profiles to the ceiling
– Cut and attach drywall panels to the ceiling substructure
– Joint and sand the panels
– Install and align the stud framework for drywall walls
– Attach and align metal studs for walls
– Cut drywall panels to size and attach them to the wall stud framework
– Joint compound and sand the seams between the wall panels
– Prepare the surface for the screed; install insulation or a separating layer underneath if necessary
– Mix the screed mixture
– Spread the screed evenly over the surface and level it
– Smooth the screed surface and shape the edges if necessary
– Allow the screed to cure and inspect it
