1 Skilled Worker – Hourly Rate 40.00 € / h

Job Description:
– Secure the work area and check documentation for completeness
– Clean and degrease weld seam areas on stainless steel and steel pipes
– Cut stainless steel and steel pipes and fittings up to DN 200 to size
– Align pipe ends and fittings and, if necessary, secure them with clamps
– Set welding parameters according to the material and pipe diameter
– Perform welding operations using appropriate welding processes (e.g., TIG welding)
– Continuously inspect welds for defects and document findings
– Visually inspect welds after welding and perform finishing work as needed
– Remove welding slag and contaminants
– Perform a final inspection of the welded joints for dimensional accuracy and leak tightness
– Clean the work area and properly dispose of any remaining material

Welding preparer
1 Skilled Worker – Hourly Rate 36.00 €/h

Job Description:
– Measure and mark stainless steel pipes to exact dimensions
– Cut stainless steel pipes to length according to specifications
– Inspect fittings and then adapt them to fit the pipes precisely
– Thoroughly clean and deburr pipe ends and fittings
– Mark drill holes on the pipes according to the welding drawings
– Perform drilling operations using appropriate tools and inspect the results
– Check components for proper fit and dimensional accuracy
– Prepare workpieces for TIG welding by cleaning them thoroughly
– Clean and organize the work area and tools after completing the work
