Performing interior and exterior Bricklayer and renovation work / Constructing, modifying, and repairing masonry surfaces / Performing demolition and dismantling work / Creating and closing wall openings / Setting and laying stones and building components / Performing formwork and reinforcement work / Performing concrete work for foundations, slabs, columns, and other structural components / Placing, spreading, and compacting concrete / Constructing and finishing concrete surfaces / Performing plastering, patching, and repair work / Preparing substrates for further finishing work / Proper handling of machinery, tools, and building materials / Compliance with occupational safety regulations and construction site rules
Special Notes:
Meet at 7:00 a.m. at the client’s facility. Various job sites will be visited from there. For trips longer than one hour, travel time counts as working time (travel time only).

Performing interior and exterior plastering work / Preparing and inspecting surfaces to be plastered / Removing old plaster, loose plaster, and damaged coatings / Cleaning, priming, and preparing wall and ceiling surfaces / Repairing and leveling existing plastered surfaces / Applying base coat and finish coat / Creating interior plaster surfaces / Performing exterior plastering and facade work / Creating corner, edge, and joint areas / Installing and working with plaster profiles and fabric reinforcements / Creating smooth or textured plaster surfaces / Finishing and smoothing plaster surfaces
Performing repair and touch-up work on existing plaster surfaces / Preparing surfaces for subsequent Painter and coating work / Protecting adjacent building components and properly covering work areas / Proper handling of plaster materials, tools, and machinery / Cleaning and maintaining order in the workplace and on construction sites
