Thanks to my training as a carpenter, I experienced early on how dynamic things are on construction sites. The experience I have gained over many years in the construction industry enables me to understand our customers precisely, provide them with the best possible advice and offer them the perfect solution for their construction site project - far beyond simply finding a subcontractor.
What drives me
My brother and I are the originators and founders of W & W Personaleinsatz GmbH. My main task is strategic planning. I am passionate about developing long-term strategies and create innovative answers to challenging tasks. In doing so, I can contribute fresh ideas and actively drive the further development of our company and successful growth.
The committed and friendly teamwork at W & W sets us apart from other providers. That always makes me proud.
What inspires me
One of my greatest joys is spending time with my three sons. We enjoy activities together - whether it's playing in nature, riding bikes or cooking together at home. These moments bring us closer together and create unforgettable memories that will stay with us for a lifetime.
