Job Description:
– Preparing and thoroughly inspecting the subfloor for levelness, cleanliness, and load-bearing capacity
– Removing old floor coverings as well as all adhesive residue and other debris
– Leveling and smoothing the subfloor by applying floor leveling compound where there are uneven areas
– Applying suitable primers to improve adhesion and allowing them to dry
– Applying leveling compounds to create a flat surface, if necessary
– Cutting floor coverings to size using appropriate tools according to measurement specifications
– Professionally installing floor coverings while observing the installation direction and joint placement
– Adhering or mechanically securing floor coverings according to the manufacturer’s instructions
– Installing baseboards and transition profiles to create a clean, finished look
– Finishing the floor surfaces to ensure an even and visually appealing result
– Cleaning the work area and removing any leftover materials upon completion of the work
