Job Description:
– Inspecting existing conduit routes and cable trays to ensure they are suitable for refrigerant lines
– Preparing the routing paths by cleaning and inspecting the installed conduit and route components
– Installing the refrigerant lines properly in the cable trays or along the conduit routes
– Connecting the heat pump systems to the refrigerant lines in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable standards
– Performing brazing work on the refrigerant lines using nitrogen or flow gas to prevent oxidation
– Inspecting the brazed joints for leaks and proper workmanship
– Inspecting the entire refrigeration system for proper connections and functionality
– Documenting the work and, if necessary, instructing the responsible qualified personnel
– Cleaning the work areas and properly disposing of waste materials
