Job Description:
– Clean the facade of the historic building in accordance with specifications
– Inspect and repair existing damage and unevenness
– Professionally apply reinforcement layers to the surfaces to be treated
– Precisely position and secure corner beads along the building edges
– Apply base plaster evenly to the surfaces and smooth it out
– Apply primer to the dried base coat
– Apply the top coat of trass lime plaster and finish it with the appropriate texture
– Allow the plaster to dry completely and inspect the quality
– Paint the facade surfaces with suitable paints
– Adhere the insulation boards of the ETICS system according to the manufacturer’s specifications
– Additionally fasten the insulation boards mechanically to ensure stability
– Final inspection of all work steps and cleaning of the construction site
