Job Description:
– Inspect cornices for damage and unevenness
– Repair damaged areas on cornices using felt plaster
– Smooth the repaired areas with a felt trowel to achieve a smooth surface
– Fill in chipped edges and carefully shape them
– Prepare interior walls; clean and prime substrates if necessary
– Apply a suitable plaster system to interior walls and smooth the surface
– Inspect and prepare facade surfaces
– Apply weather-resistant plaster to facades and create the desired surface texture
– Install insulation boards on the facade and secure them properly
– Apply and embed reinforcement mesh over the insulation to prevent cracking
– Align and secure corner beads along the building edges
– Finish the plastered surfaces and create clean edges
– Clean work areas and follow professional guidelines for drying
