Job Description:
– Measure the foundations (100 x 180 cm) and prepare the construction area
– Construct and align the formwork for the foundations according to the dimensions
– Cut, bend, and place the reinforcement (rebar) in the formwork according to the plans
– Secure the reinforcement with spacers to ensure proper concrete cover
– Mix the concrete according to the specified mix design or have it delivered
– Pour the concrete evenly into the formwork and compact it by vibrating
– Apply a broom finish to the concrete surface to create a rough texture
– Smooth the concrete surface and take measures to prevent it from drying out too quickly
– After at least one day of curing time, carefully remove the formwork
– Clean, inspect, and store the removed formwork in an orderly manner
– Inspect the foundations and perform any necessary finishing work
