Job Description:
– Performing timber construction according to drawings: framing, cutting, and assembling roof trusses (rafters, purlins, and joists), as well as erecting wood-frame walls and floor levels using stud framing; ensuring proper bracing.
– Installation of DWD panels and OSB sheathing: cutting to exact dimensions, laying with minimal joints, and fastening with specified fasteners.
– Insulation work: installation of wall, roof, and floor insulation (between-rafter and on-rafter insulation), professional installation of vapor barriers/air seals.
– Facade work: Install substructures, rear ventilation, and cladding; create connections to windows, doors, and penetrations.
– Waterproofing and connection details: Install underlayment/under-roof membranes, eaves, ridges, hips, and penetrations to be wind- and rainproof.
– Measuring and inspecting: Reading plans, ensuring dimensional accuracy, plumb/alignment, compliance with structural specifications, and performing quality controls; preparing documentation for final inspection. – Cladding facades with wood
