Job Description:
– Preparing the construction site and providing the necessary tools and materials
– Assembling wood-frame walls according to structural specifications
– Setting, aligning, and leveling stud frames in accordance with construction plans
– Erecting roof trusses in accordance with structural and design requirements
– Installing lightweight walls and prefabricated components with precise alignment and adjustment
– Erecting and installing dormers to expand roof areas in accordance with plan specifications
– Installing underlayment as a moisture-regulating and vapor-permeable protective layer
– Lathing the roof structure to secure the roof covering
– Installation of support battens to ensure structural stability and building safety
– Inspection of completed woodwork for dimensional accuracy, functionality, and stability
– Cleaning of work areas and proper disposal of leftover materials
– Documentation of work steps and coordination with other trades on the construction site
