Job Description:
– Properly secure the substructure to the facade
– Install and secure insulation materials to the substructure with a precise fit
– Apply and embed reinforcing mesh evenly over the insulated surface
– Position and secure corner beads along the building edges
– Apply primer to the surface and allow it to dry
– Apply the finish coat evenly over the reinforcing mesh and create a texture
– After the finish coat has dried, apply another coat of primer
– Finally, protect the surface with a coat of paint and add a decorative finish
– Clean the work area and remove any leftover building materials
